That 4th quarter was absolutely mind-blowing to watch live. I wouldn't say they "fixed" the All-Star Game, though, as Kobe's very recent death was perhaps the biggest factor in those guys playing as hard as they did. I know it wouldn't have happened without the updated format and all those kids watching front and center as well. But the raw emotion from losing someone that important brought something unique to the court that I don't think will necessarily be there next year and beyond. As fans, we gotta cherish this for what it was - a brilliant, passionate, and probably one-of-a-kind experience.
