Gotta love the Scott commercial about the Solace knowing that Hayman rode the Foil :-D

Thanks Cosmo. I'm going to go get a couple Scott bikes now. Glad you're getting paid something to do the best race commentary!

One of the best and succinctly post-race commentary I've seen thus far, with great highlights and video snippets!!

probably the best classic of all time, made sweeter by the fact I was very happy to have a delayed plane to watch on my phone. i remember cheering and tears of the fight in the last 3km.

If you get a coffee sponsor, we can have that coffee sponsor segment over while the racers are still milling around sipping their coffee before the race start! But, thank you Scott for bringing the greatest race recaps to us!

Cosmo, best race analysis, as always. Love how you manage to spot the things we all miss and highlight them for us to enjoy in slo-mo. Awesome!

Literally best last 15 kms ive ever seen in any cycling race... omfg, they gave it so much.. Boonen, such a great head, he looked totally cooked, but he managed to chase every attack. Cant even describe how i felt watching this beauty :D

I'm so glad Cosmo found a sponsor to make these quality video's again! The only ones I know which really do the races justice and analyse all the aspects I care about. And with enough info to have to rewatch them at least thrice to fully understand everything (as a non-native :P). To be honest though, I do miss some pre-sponsor enthusiasm and fire.. I really hope you (Cosmo) still love cycling as much!

This was the best, most exciting one-day bike race that I have ever seen. Congrats to Hayman, a win that is likely the best of his career. Sagan has MAD bike skills!!! A rear wheelie then a nose wheelie? How did he not fall down??? It wasn't Spartacus' day, he looked even less graceful falling again after the end of the race while trying to show off the Swiss flag!

I did not see the same as you at 4:17, definitely looked like Stannard divebombing the corner and pushing Hayman out.
@euanmortimer59318 жыл бұрын
+Ewan Jobe I read it as Stannard taking the gap that Hayman had left
@merckx568 жыл бұрын
+Ewan Jobe Yeah...he dove inside, couldn't hold his line, and pushed Hayman out.
@SuperOCHomes8 жыл бұрын
great moment in the race....same corner Sep jumped a hole on the inside, then Ian changed his line, and Hayman was 'big timed' and squeezed out. Then, too make it back on and win after race radio said he was 'struggling' after that corner and on the pave.

Cosmo's HTRWWs are great. But his podcast predictions are uninspired, boring and usually wrong - no offense, Cosmo! Instead, check out CyclingHub's David Hunter for someone with their finger on the pulse. His predictions are incredibly accurate.
