Quick question - why do you turn your W on and off in the middle of fights? Does it reset something?

He's weaving in Auto Attacks in between Ws. It's called toggling. Normally you do it every 3 W shots since its about that timing where Auto Attacks reset but with Hullbreaker you toggle every 4th W. Toggling increases damage since each shot of W only does 34% AD (at max rank) while Autos do 100% AD (i think), so you wanna Auto as much as possible and you fill the time between each Auto with W, hence the on and off.
