I sure am so glad you’re here sharing your journey with us 💕 and what a beautiful tradition you have to celebrate. I love that for you. I love the rain too. I also love the coziness of it and napping during the rain. The sound is just so soothing. And ohmygosh- talk about a crazy weekend. Friday afternoon literally out of nowhere, I got slammed with a sinus infection. Still working my way through that, but started in my throat and then moved quickly to my sinus. Ugh - I literally feel like since September has been crazy with fatigue, sinus issues, lower back/sciatica issues, weird headaches, bouts of nausea here and there. You name it. 🥴 It gives me some comfort knowing it wasn’t all for nothing though 😂 I didn’t see the aurora borealis either ☹️ but many people said they couldn’t see it with their naked eye but could through their phone cameras. I tried on Saturday night, but didn’t see anything. I want crystal singing bowls too. There is a lady on TikTok who goes by ElysiumLBC and every morning M-F at 7;00 am Est, she does an hour session. Not exactly the same as in person, but if you put ear buds in and listen, it works pretty well. Great way to start my day. She has a great vibe to her. I hope you ladies had a wonderful Mother’s Day. 💕💕💕 And Happy Birthday, Maren! I hope you get everything on your wishlist 😂🎉 Thanks for another awesome Monday, soul sistahs. Oh gosh I love watching this every Monday, thank you for explaining the solar flare symptoms. I take for granted that I generally feel well most the time but the last week I’ve had extreme nausea, dizziness, muscle spasms, exhaustion, my eyelid twitch is back, intermittent headaches, hot, cold temperature fluctuation, extreme thirst and anxiety and fear thoughts that I know are not mine. I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but it reminds me of the hangovers I used to have! I’m so glad to hear that there’s a reason because it feels like I’m on a roller coaster that I can’t get off of and in some moments it’s fine and then it starts back up! ❤

2011 was around the time I started my A.J. 😊😊I’ve really come a long way. But I can never understand why I never feel any symptoms when everyone else is?

@4:30 Michelle starts talking about getting sometimes the flue or something with the skin. After that you can see a bump on Michell's skin getting bigger and bigger. Michelle scratches it around 14 minutes. That is 10 minutes after it started but two minutes later you can see that it starts to flare up redder and redder as she talks about irritations during this time. Like her body is responding to what she is talking about. Is her higherself being dramatic and funny or is her higherself trying to giver her a sign? My throat is also being challenged a tiny bit this week with a little soar throat.
