Agreed. The target Nigerian buyer is a sophisticated buyer that is likely more traveled than the average world citizen. The more they try to sound "worldly" with these project the more "local" they comes across. I'll have to do research on this GRC from China because China doesn't make one think "avant garde aesthetics. Also, I think a 1-BR should not exceed $400K USD (cash) otherwise it starts to compare unfavorably with luxury properties in some of the most expensive world markets (e.g., NYC) or even other potential investments in Banana Island itself.
