I love how you can tell if a rich person earned their wealth by how cheap they are when negotiating like this. I've done construction projects for all kinds of people, the projects typically range from $10k-50k and almost without exception very wealthy people are the ones who scrutinize the quote and shop around for competitor's quotes and aggreesively negotiate the price down. They also accept nothing less than perfection in the work and will always try to get us to do extra work for free. They are rich for a reason lol.

Watching this video brings back some memories; a few years back my wife and I were vacationing in Florida. We were doing laundry and I had gone to check on our clothes and see if they were dry. As I was walking down the hallway, the gentleman in front of me turned and asked if I was stalking him.
