If it’s government over corporations then that’s socialism. Government exploits, cost are higher, they never want you to grow, move up independently but rather keep you down to dependency. No one wants socialism. Capitalism is a free market economy where we compete with other businesses for customers dollars. Democrats are socialist and do not want you to rise.

People listen up - this video is a great rare diamond of immense value. He's right, I'm proof. I do nearly exactly what he's saying. I have a job, I invest in a 401K, Roth IRA, stocks, and rental property. I save over $2,700 a month on average and after everything else is paid for. By the way, my job? I'm a security officer. That's it.

I started investing at 19, got huge into finance and exploring side hustles over the past 4 years after that. A lot of my side hustles are amplified by my knowledge of finance. i work full time and do multiple side hustles all for the purpose of investing aggressively. I'm considered wealthy for my age but at 18 i was poor and come from a lower class family who knows nothing about money. What changed my life was my mindset.

Also you say Bitcoin isn't an asset and I don't entirely disagree with you but I also recommend you look into understanding what blockchain technology is. If you understand what Bitcoin is below the face value you can see the potential value in it and why maybe not Bitcoin specifically but blockchain is a step in the right direction for finance.

As a retail investor who very vividly remembers all of the MSM rhetoric regarding the COVID crash (I was fully tuned in to Cramer and CNBC, Yahoo, Fox Business, and the like), what I took from that was buying anytime in 2020 was going to be like throwing money into an incinerator. Even in the context of a record "Fed Put". I didn't know what I didn't know, and didn't realize these talking heads really just had no interest in collective well-being and progress. The result was me not buying into conditions that lead to one of the most historic bull runs. Fool me once. I, and my future self thank you deeply for sharing this information.

When watching your first video, which was about keeping your name out of the public, I have had a good feeling about your person. I had the feeling, that you are really personally interested and invested in opening up people's minds to their possibilities. And with this video, where you are simply saying how things are, it confirmed to me, why I perceived you as a sympathetic person. And I am glad, that I have stumbled across your channel. Because your expertise in your fields - and maybe even more important - your ability, to explain such things in a straight forward and understandable way for a wider audience, are really making a difference. To me personally as well, of course, but you are making a difference on a grander scale. I am wishing you a prosperous, fulfilled life and many deserved blessings for your service to humanity. Thank you.

Thanks Tobi for saying what isn’t taught through our education system. It’s a long held belief of mine. One important point missing from your text…”learn how to buy smart and sell smart…” I’m on the markets daily and I’ll tell you that we love fresh meat in the arena. Learning how to trade is paramount.

It's caller a trading margin. Works like an equity line of credit but with stocks. You get a maximum LTV limit and since you pledge collateral, the rate is low so it can be profitable. But there are risks, if you max out the margin line of credit then your stocks go down, you could face a margin call and get liquidated.

@@haveaday1812 Not all debt is bad debt. If you want real estate most of the time you have to borrow. The key is income producing real estate that more than covers the debt payment. You cash flow monthly plus build equity while someone else is doing the work. Things that depreciate is bad debt. Credit card and cars is bad debt.

Our school forced us to fake a financial class for graduation and I get the point of it but holy 💩 was it outdated and mostly irrelevant like yes there was some actual advice in there but they don't tell you stuff like this they set it up like if your supposed to get liabilities and do this and that. It's like if schools made this way are only meant to make cattle. I've said this to my friends many times how we walk the same paths to each class the same way every single day. Even the way we get food feels like a prison style and like cows lining up to be slaughtered.

Thank you. After having been a bit wiped out by being dragged into someone else's drama, compiled by a brain injury that made me have to relearn a lot of things - I forgot about this. (Although I did just carve out a month to review stocks and reteach myself that- so I'm making progress.) This video - so helpful to have a summary to remind me why I was doing what I was doing before that - and then learn from the mistakes, now that I have a better path forward. I've actually had entities for a number of years as I moved states and knew that was step 1 to doing things differently, but then I had no idea how to use them - and attorneys and accountant weren't really explaining. You and Clint's channels have been so helpful! Looking forward to my strategy session and Saturday training day so I can learn even more. And then excited to once again have a path forward so that the past does not repeat.

Excellent video! Subscribed! And I like your attitude that there's enough for everybody. We live in a competitive society, but we don't have to have cutthroat attitudes at all times in every venue to succeed. And if you succeed but in the process alienate family and friends and strangers, well, that's success of a kind, but of a kind that in hindsight might not be the spot where you wanted to wind up after all.

Dude …. If you borrow money to buy something … you’re paying interest. It doesn’t mean what you bought isn’t an asset. The loan is a liability, the thing you bought is an asset. Assets are anything that has value. You buy disposable assets, depreciable assets, and appreciable assets. The fundamental issue I have with this video is that it tries to redefine what an asset is and confuse it with income. Two separate things

There's an important caveat missing after you discuss borrowing cash against stocks to buy more stocks or other assets. If those investments decrease in value, you're now screwed two ways. If you don't understand how to use leverage you may wipe yourself out like people buying stocks on margin in the 20's or buying subprime mortages in the 00's.
