Before watching this, it's pretty sad that G2 was at such heights and then fell pretty hard, seemingly, shortly after Fabian left as a coach. And it's almost worst when casters often still hype up the team in broadcast only for them to end up not qualifying again. Still love watching them though, really fun personalities.

G2 now is not the same G2 from years ago, its not a fair comparison. The name might be the same but we now have a full roster that's completely different. The best lineup that they had was back on the Penta roster, when G2 bought the roster. Pengu, Fabian, Goga, jNSzki (Joonas), and Kanto was THE power house of siege. They were just winning on another level. They were literally able to play the matches without the need to win in qualifiers because they were just able to get such a high placement early on. The team chemistry was beautiful, the way each one of them played their roles, separately and together was near perfection. I truly believe with all my heart that once they had started to drop players like Joonas and goga, it was wraps. Even when you know that there was other players with even better stats that could fulfil the role that they had, it was the chemistry between the original team that was just so powerful. It was the embodiment of the whole "Power of friendship" lmao. You could literally notice the team starts to struggle in the qualifiers and opening stages when they dropped Goga and joonas. And I'm not trying to discredit the players that had replaced them, because UUNO and citizen were still amazing players. Its just that you can't switch something that is so strong up like that and still expect the same results. i think a good analogy would be that you don't suddenly change the way you cook something and expect it to be the exact same, but you may like it or you may hate it. It's just unfortunate that in this case it didn't work out.

Just want to point out that Doki 4:43 did that play solo because there was a c4 tucked away underneath the steps of the stairs so if more than one G2 player went to push Ambi the c4 would of killed them as Ambi would of told his team he was getting pushed. I don’t think g2 made a bad play there due to the c4

I’ve supported G2 since the original penta roster after their incredible 2018 invitational win. When Fabian came back to coach the team with new prospects joining it felt amazing. Fabian is a figure that both demands and deserves respect, shadowing the ego of the players that had previously doomed them. He brought order to their chaos and completely removed impulse mistakes from their game. This new disciplined G2 quickly became a force to be reckoned with, immediately going from a team lucky to make it out of group stage to Invitational winners. He then left the org and the ego that ruined them returned 10x bigger than before. They have slowly spiralled since then. I stopped supporting them since that initial falloff after the second invitational win. Such a shame and waste of potential.

Alem4o is a great player, but it is not as efficient as IGL Doki and UUNO are very inconsistent, UUNO mainly in international events Blaz and Loira do not have enough experience on international soils

I commented last time that you might be to close to camera but that might not be the reason why it feels weird when you appear in the video to me. Your voice over is perfect to be in the background when footage is playing but when you appear on screen it takes my brain a second to realize you are the one talking. Not sure why.
