Hi Samuel, There's nothing wrong with going to Uni AND becoming a property entrepreneur. It's a matter of choice and expanding your options. I chose to get my degree and do property education. I have not regretted it, and my property business has benefitted from both experiences. Enjoy your content, but this repeated narrative about Uni versus getting property education is getting a little tiresome..
@steven_rich3 ай бұрын
I agree with both sides of this - it is up to the person to decide what they want. For you it was best to get the degree and get into property which is amazing, for myself it was best to leave that environment and jump straight in!

Steven your story is incredibly inspiring. I'm 20 and I have just joined The Academy, seeing your success at a young age is very energising!

1:37min A Family relative got into property....and gave me the money while discussing a deal. There, I saved you 37 mins of time.
@steven_rich3 ай бұрын
I was meaning to say someone with a loose relation to the family (family friend) - no blood connection. I hadn’t heard their name until I was 20 and got into property so not in the family. No one gave me the money - the finance is on a loan basis with a monthly interest payment.

Short-term renters are leaches of communities. Sell your single family homes to real people and get out of the landlord business. Most despicable career there is these days
