I’m am so happy to have came across this video!! I just made up my mind to tackle the ‘smaller’ debt, minus the student loans, and pay off $4000 w/in 6 months. I became a first time homebuyer last January after building my credit up for the last 3-4 years. I wanted to obtain my home by the age of 30 and did 6 months before my 31st bday!! I want my 13 year daughter to know that she doesn’t have to make the same mistakes as I have whether small or big. I’m extra pumped now!!!😄 You go girl!! Continue being great! I never thought of working other jobs as I already work 5days a week, this just showed me you have to go the extra miles sometimes to achieve your goals. @Anthony I just started watching videos on your channel today about 1pm, for 6 hours straight. And guess what, am in Kampala, capital of Uganda watching Jacent Wamala inspire hundreds of people trying to get out of debt. I am blessed by This Table Talk but to say am inspired by Jacent would be downplaying it at the least. I am motivated, psyched, pumped and challenged to step out there and double triple my income to get to the next level. I play video games so I definitely relate to the analogy she mentioned. I'm soooo happy to see this video! I'm 23 about to be 24 in December and my goal is to pay off my 75k in debt by my 26th birthday. She's so inspiring and sounds just like me lol I feel weird being so young and trying to talk to older people about paying off debt. They look at me with contempt or like I'm being foolish. This is VERY encouraging ! I only have 1 more student loan to pay off & the amount I have to pay off, I’ve paid off the same amount before from a car accident I was in. I woke up wrote, listened to curated playlists, prayed, meditated, ate, worked, came home, worked on side businesses, maybe watched an episode of a show, night routine then did it all again. I was phasing out meat until I completely transitioned to a plant based diet about a year and a half ago :)

I paid off my car loan in full 6 months ago and now I’m working on my student loan (only a few thousand left) I was able to do this by getting a diff job and increasing my salary by 2.5x and I’ve been house hacking since June of 2019 which has saved me over 16k. This is so inspiring. Thank you both for sharing. Congrats to this young woman! Although I'm in Gen X .her life and mine are mirrored. I'm such a private person, but her story inspires me to at least share a little of mine and to keep moving forward. At 30 (no kids), I went through the exact same trials she did in the same year and prior to that, I was debt free. Afterwards, I accumulated debt, listened to Dave Ramsey, bought his book and became debt free all over again. Losing loved ones on so many levels inspired me to write a book. After finally getting married again, I sold my furniture to start over as new homeowners and remain debt-free in everything. If you are discouraged, just know that prayer+faith+action=positive results achieved. You can do it!

Shalom - This is my first time listening to your podcast this morning and this afternoon and i really loved your content and the young lady who you had on. I have a 19 year old son and Im teaching him things that you are talking about with money. But something that really hit me that i learned on this podcast was this young lady holding her standards and you speaking about carrying on someones debit when you get married. This is a real thing and something that we do not talk about in ministry...This sharped me - the bible says that iron sharpens iron and you both have definitely sharpened me today. Definitely not marrying any women and carrying on her debt and not marrying anybody and giving them my debt either. Any woman that is interested in me or I'm interested in am going to make sure am debt free and her too. I will also be teaching my sons this too. Big shouts out to yall.
