Kutia with Wheat, Raisins, and Poppy Seeds Ingredients: - 350 g wheat - 50 g walnuts - 50 g raisins - 50 g steamed poppy seeds - Honey to taste Preparation: 1. Rinse the wheat and soak it in cold water overnight. If using pre-prepared wheat for kutia, soaking is unnecessary. 2. Drain the water, rinse the wheat, and boil it in a 1:4 water ratio (1.4 liters for 350 g) for 1.5-2 hours until soft. 3.
