I feel like if we’re going for philosophical , poetical rap I would say billy woods really master the art of saying stuff even sometimes without it rhyming it still sound good and it doesn’t even need to be on beat like a speech but with instrumental meanwhile Peggy to me carry that 90s / battle rap swag but with the inclusion of sample varieties think any old school rapper but with a blend of trap / kanye esque style production, the closest imagery every time when I think of Peggy is that he’s an old school battle rapper who got transported into the internet / social media abundance world
