I'm cursed every town I go to slowly dies and vanishes into thin air. Do you happen to have a way how I can get rid of this with every time I go to the Stone Works everyone always disappears in the end nobody is there and I become nomadic again and look for a new home. I've tried incorporating it into my character's story, but so far it's not working. I always see death passing me by and that's why I feel like I can't move on in the world. I've thought about turning my appearance into that of death, but that would be overkill. In addition, it is everywhere where I had chests in places that still exist, I can no longer access them, they are simply blocked that upsets me because I can't get to my things, even if they have the same name and nothing about it has changed. But that's a different conversation. Until now, death has always followed me and it will continue to follow because I am always on the journey. @@jay24176 nah man, surprisingly we are doing pretty well, we just don't get much exposure or mentions. My best guess why people think Kylorne is failed is because Stoney isn't really in control of us/ he doesn't check up on us often and because of our RP we don't function like the other worlds. I just kind of wish he gave Kylorne a little more love in the discord and in his videos (although I know its a big ask).

@@jay24176 I know, the problem has always been that way and it is kind of ironic since most of the time people just play the server the same as Ratham, im sure at some point the Kylorne admin team will work something out eventualy tho. There has been a lot more complains from the communty of recent to lower the standards to get in.

Will you ever look into starting a Vintage Story worldbuilding server? Its a fantastic game, and practically *ideal* for worldbuilding, albeit more medieval than fantasy. The game balance means that cooperation and various larger entities will greatly enhance the survival experience, without much intervention. Plus, the game is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. There's mods available too. So far it seems like nobody has really taken advantage of this opportunity, besides some really small communities.

I second this. Vintage Story is amazing. I remember watching a Yogscast Livestream on it. Minute 3: "oh, so it's like a Minecraft clone?". Minute 35: "wow, this game is fucking amazing!" (They didn't even have clay yet lol)

@@userequaltoNull Man, for me it brought back the magic of first playing Minecraft in 2013 full force. I only have 70 hours in the game (due to being busy AF and having no energy to game; I've barely touched Minecraft at all during that time) but I'm already engrossed in it. My first night was spent huddled around a campfire on a beach, fending off drifters, barely surviving off of cattails and having just escaped an unstable area. In the morning I continued my journey along the lakeshore only to have the sand fall out from under me into a cave, where I died. It was an amazing experience, one that Minecraft could never provide anymore. Also, as a huge nerd for nature, they absolutely nail a lot of stuff right on the head. I'm amazed it hasn't caught on yet. It does basically everything right. I'll have to go check out Yogscast's playthough, partly out of nostalgia for that group, though there is a niche group of Vintage Story youtubers I watch from time to time.

Zenohun did worldbuilding through diplomacy and conflict, crazykings did world-building through building a city that felt genuinely alive. It is a bit bittersweet for me to learn about the existence of Anglunia. I was going for these same principles in kylorne, but alas, kylorne was nearly destroyed by external factors and unchecked toxicity... something I desperately tried to prevent.clearly, the staff figured it out in time and prevented its destruction. I believe that had history had been different for me, my status as a role-player would have been well established. I would have been more than happy to join the Reachians as a kind of respectable ally, but I was never given this chance by the rest of your community... in fact? I was unfortunately hacked by them because they didn't know when to stop beating a dead horse. They have never left me alone since. I will not go into how you and the others treated me like absolute garbage due to me trying to stop an external threat only I knew about, but that is old news to me now. I was targeted because I don't respect those who rely on meta means to achieve their power, but I can respect those like Anglunia, for all intensive purposes, completely stuck to the very founding ideals of stoneworks...Something countless other groups have regrettably forgotten... Including even the many among the Kylornics themselves. But, I can say this for absolute certainty is that despite everything that has happened, I choose not to hate anyone. I would not be personally surprised if those who are after me try to slander me here in this comment section. I actually anticipate it, really. But in a lore sense, just know there is a missing saga in kylornes' history only I am aware of. Only I know the true fate of an ancient, primodial race that was nearly snuffed out over a power grab by a greedy king long ago. Think of it like the True, cannon ending in a game if you hit 100 percent completion, if that makes sense. I would be more than happy to speak to you about it... If you are brave enough to speak to me on reddit, stoney. I am more than happy to fill you in on the details.

slight edit: Before the pale fell a part a new sand war was fought between mangiferia and ur baked against merkonis and xpxtatoes. The war kicked merkonis out of the pale territory which was later joined with mangiferia into anglunia. Great video tho!
