I own one, I get mine shipped from Pakistan they do a hold before exporting the package and a hold at import, besides that it’s not checked at every facility, half of your clothes being lost is not “typical” that’s a unlikely situation and if it does unfortunately happen to you, you give people refunds and talk to the shipping company and manufacturer to find a resolution, you don’t keep their money and complain about half your drop being lost.
