He is swinging a lot easier and more in control. This is bad for the competition, cause what he lacks in distance, he makes up for in accuracy. Doesn't help that he might just be one of the best putters ever!!
@UCIBME5 жыл бұрын
His distance isn’t even that bad. He just needs to clean up his fairways in regulation to give his putting a chance.
@plus2golfer125 жыл бұрын
It's amazing that after 22 years his swing looks better than ever... Another reason for the lack of distance is because his 9 iron is 45 degrees and his PW is 49 when some of these players are playing 44 degree PW lol

Tiger looked trim, fit and pain-free. The shot making and putting evokes nostalgia. Father Time wasn't in attendance just for he who'd established his indisputable greatness and destined with his 82nd win to embellish the legend; he was there for all of us. There've been louder crowd Tiger roars: much, much louder. But these will do and fabulous to hear again. How many more times? Doesn't matter. We've heard it again and may well do so again even if not so regularly. Hello again and very well done, Tiger. CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU. 👍👏👏👍

What's even more impressive about this victory is that Tiger hadn't played competitive golf in over two months. So coming off a layoff that long the golfing world didn't know what Tiger they were going to see. This tells me he's learning how to manage his new schedule and the breaks he'll have between tournaments in order to let his body recover. He knows he can't play every week nor bomb it like he used to so now it's about fine tuning the way he now has to play. A phenomenal player who continues to amaze despite all the setbacks, criticism, and naysayers.
