Adam. Wow I appreciate your level of detail. We are time crunched. Could we make this much shorter than 38 minutes!

Another very good podcast thanks. One thing I was hoping to hear was your perspectives on the pros and con's of using ERG mode for different workout types and/or training zones. Maybe another time!

For me the winter weather in my area is icy, high winds and freezing rain. Indoor cycling is the way to go.

I also do Z2 indoors. Outside there are too many variables, hills, winds, stop signs, traffic etc. It's hard to stay in z2 for a whole ride. Indoor i can watch a show and cruise at z2 all day.

I don’t get why people would bother riding outdoors, other than to measure your progress against others. Indoor you have perfect weather with the AC and a full on industrial fan, a TV with Netflix/console VSA the boring monotonous non stop trees, you can get on/off the bike in minutes and no traffic. It’s on every single way BETTER than riding outdoors. Did I also mention that you can actually watch TV and game while riding? It’s literally a no-brainer option to prefer indoors to outdoors.
