What it does here is technically possible if the Internet service provider performs so-called traffic shaping on a WAN IP basis and, in the background, WAN IP assignment with DHCP takes place separately for each login process (here via PPPoE) and has not been fixed with a MAC address of the router. You can see that in the video because he got two different WAN IP addresses. I didn't check if both WAN IP's are from the same provider. If he wanted to deceive us, he would have used the round robin (load balancing) via a second WAN connection. He was just very lucky that his provider is obviously some provincial provider without technical know-how. Im working in ISP. There is no way to register 2 pppoe session within 1 account pppoe. The BRAS will accept only 1 pppoe MAC address for 1 account and thus your draytek will receive 1 IP WAN. This is impossible

I work also for ISP. I agree totally. If you don't believe this, try to make connections (PPOE) on 2 different machines and you will see. First one that connect, the second one will cause error to contact ISP. And when ISP blocks first connection you will be able to connect on the second machine.

If you want to improve a little bit your wired connection (amount of speed and bandwidth), just buy CAT6a cables or better. Connect it from the modem/ONT to your router, and then make the test again. I got like 10mbps more with this cable just because my modem was using 100mb ethernet and not gigabit ethernet speeds. There're CAT8 cables also (the one I'm using), but with only CAT6a you should be fine. It's better to get a strong router, gamer perhaps, that allows you better connections without so much loss.

If i use linksys x6200 with router mode i taking 2x speed on speedtest(50mbps 2 ping-This is odd because fake results). With main modem 20 mbps 4 ping. My contract 25mbps. Linksys download speed 3-3,5 mb per second and stable speeds. On main modem speed 1.7 - 2,5 mb per second(wifi) and too wavy speeds.

The provider will give you 20MBit If there are 2 users on your network they will split the speed between them (and their download/surfing/etc). So 1 user = 20 2 users (example) = 20/2 = 10each. Jacopo G I’d suggest you to keep learning. The correct question is why the router ports are 100 Mbit/s on a device with fiber connection. And the answer is 1) cost-savings 2) many operators offer 10/50/100 Mbit/s home fiber and usually LAN usage is minimal so in most cases 100 Mbit/s physical ports won’t bottleneck anything.

Either you need 2 ISP to accommodate to double the speed or higher(assuming both ISP provides the same speed or higher), or increase your current speed through ISP :) This is definitely a click bait. Even if this was possible due to failure in ISP,(just saying) then this would be illegal as you are abusing the provided and assigned specification to your agreement....
