For 3Phase motor no need the Neutral connection, but even if you want neutral connection, you can take from common point in star connection only but not from delta connection.

सर satar delta मोटर में 2 केबल जाती है एक पहले कुछ सेकंड स्टार में चलाने दूसरी डेल्टा के लिये ये तो ठीक है पर जब केबल को कनेक्ट करते है मोटर पर तो कैसे पता रहेगा कि ये स्टार की है या डेल्टा की किस साइड लगानी है

@@anujgupta4745 yes In delta line voltage and phase voltage same means each coil geting 440 volt in star line voltage 440 but phase voltage 440÷ square root of 3 mean each winding get lower voltage compare to delta conection lower voltage mean lower current flow lower current flow mean lower magnatic force so speed will be also low
