I just use super miners and its all done with 2 attacks aswell but with better chance cuz its hard for the super drags to attack them if they're underground, also the explosion after death helps to clean up buildings getting more percentage and stars.

Note: this strategy only works if you have 40 active players who play clan capital and have already maxed everything. If you want to 2 shot this district ~ Use sneaky archers and rage spell to finish super dragons and blast bow + inferno tower . In 2nd attack ,,,use super dragons and frost spell ,,,or use some strategy depending on the base ,,it's all about trial and error then learning :)

I've used all miners for the entirety of capital base's inception and still use it. I finish every single area in 2 attacks or less. Once you know how and where to place them it's always the same result.
