I bought a control freak thumb stick and didn't use it for years . Started using it last year with mw2 ranked and now I can't play without it out. So much better. The ps5 analogue sticks just feel so small without it too

Best tips and tricks for k+m players: If you're playing warzone use a controller. The longer TTK means you have to stay on target longer. And since the rotational AA makes it easy for controller players to stay on target for longer, you're at a disadvantage on m+k. Core multiplayer is more balanced. In Hardcore mode, k+m is at an advantage. Crank up the sensitivity. Whoever can land shots first usually wins.

@@skreph2717 weird that m+k doesn't need aim assist to be viable but controller does. Seems to me, that m+k is better suited for games than controller. So your statement that games were meant to be played on controller seems suspect. But I hope you enjoy having the game aim for you. Personally, I enjoy the satisfaction and feeling of accomplishment in doing it myself.

@@jamesmkoenig Don't need aim assist to be viable on controller either. I can practice with it off and adjust over time. PC have been better because of their processing power, lowest input delays, and all the options to cheat with. Funny how cheating players need all that to be viable to their game, when tournaments started out on controllers and consoles. If you are good on M&K yo don't cry about controllers. It's also easier to aim on PC. I can get my kills on controller with different aim settings, I can flip my control to be left handed and get kills. All M&K people do is cry about their own choice of hardware. That doesn't make you viable at all. I already stated M&K are for typing and pointing, so if you are complaining about other people not using, then stop using it or get better. This is every PC players cry when they suck 😂. Do pros go to COD tournaments and play on M&K? But you think you are right in the comment sections 😂. Pick up a controller and use the PC for PC things and stop crying.

@@jamesmkoenig As a matter of fact, give me the same response time you get on PC, the ability to over clock any controller to match the mouse sensitivity you get, I will turn aim assist off and do better than you. Been playing fps games for may Yeats and it's not hard to adjust. You are crying about your own preference and it makes people laugh every time. You supply me with the hardware and give me a month at the most, I will play better on M&K than you. There is more than goes into FPS than just the hardware child.

There are many pros on m+k AND controller who agree with me - aim assist is broken and needs a nerf. And you do understand that the majority of PC players are playing on hardware that isn't even as good as new Xbox right? And thanks for pointing out that, if you practice, you can do just fine without AA on. So I guess we can nerf it right? And I was playing in leaguess in COD will before any were on console. They just weren't as big. But PC has a huge cod community with leagues and clans and all that shit

as you have the trophy out, jump at the same time as you have it out and then as you’re holding the trophy, release to throw it and instantly press your slide button. and to throw it far, it really depends how high you aim up. and this also applies to tacticals and lethals

why doesn't the game have the ability to re-calibrate and set the current stick position as zero - that way minor offsets from the original resting position would not cause trouble - for computer users - maybe software can be created that could re-calibrate zero position as input to the game

Turn aim assist off and let your hands build muscle memory. You can always tun it back on later if you still think you need it.

I tried this technique and went from a 2kd to a 1.07kd, the left thumb stick is bogus! But then again I'm on xbox , I know that's why everyone is crazy about Playstation because aim assist was NOT nerfed on Playstation. Aim assist was nerfed on xbox on war zone 1. Anyway when I use the left thumbstick in a gun fight they'll go right and I'll go left and it gets me killed constantly also it always throws my cross hairs off target. No matter how low I go on ads sensitivity or stick sensitivity I'm always over correcting or under correcting. How do people have such perfect aim and no recoil? I don't care what anyone says, you CANNOT control recoil.

I go back and forth from 100 to 110. 110 feels better because I feel like I can move quicker, but 100 the enemies appear bigger and I seem to get better aim assist. It's a battle
