Actually you need to contact to your agent first, they will provide you confirmation letter from IRCC.

I didnt get any positive response so i worried about my seat but the emails that i got include this stuff that whenever i got visa or may be refusal whatever will be the decision i have to inform them . So i think i have to choose letter of acceptance :)
