OMG, this is such a crucial hot tip for any USJ visitors. Thank you! The park was posted to open at 8am, got here at 7:15am and the entrance was megapacked. They opened doors at 7:20am, got to the Mario area timed entry kiosk, and it's still a little known secret. We got into Mario at 8:10am!

Hi, sorry to jump in.. are you saying that with a regular pass (no express) I can just walk into the Mario area? or do I need to get a ticket from the kiosk first?

@Claudia Vidal Mario def requires a pass to get in. For more details, we already paid for an express pass into Mario about a month or so in advance for 2:30pm entry, but wanted to double up and get in the morning too. So we hustled to the Mario kiosk, and got in after 8:10am and was there for a couple of hours. Once you leave the area, you can't reenter without a new pass, and can only use that kiosk once per day. At 2:30p, we used our prepaid express pass. It was really nice to double up and hit Mario Kart twice too. Hope this helps, you'll have a blast.

Just went today. Basically the same system as when this video was posted. Me and my friends didn’t get to go in but hopefully in the next month or so we will be able to. Only thing that sucks is we live in Hirakata which is around and hour and a half away from universal city so getting there early is a challenge

@@daaanz797 it’s best to get there right at opening. Park technically opens at 9, but it actually opens at 8:30 if people are there. You can only reserve a spot to enter Super Nintendo world if youre on property, so if you’re there right at 8:30 you’re basically guaranteed getting in. We are going to do that next time we go

No free fast passes however you can buy Express which lets you skip lines.

So when trying to get these tickets, the park says it opens at 9AM but it ACTUALLY opens at 8:30 AM? So to make sure you get the entry ticket, you probably want to get there in line before the park opens pretty early right? Is there a way to get the entry tickets through the app? Great video!

Thank you for the support and yes the park often opens up at least an hour before advertised opening time. At the time of opening you could not get an access ticket through the app however I have not been back to the park since then and they may have changed the process. They may have even removed the access pass process all together.

Last time I was there was October 2022 and it was still current however you could get reservations on the APP now which is a lot easier.

Thank you! I already had an annual pass so there was no need to buy tickets. You can buy day tickets however there is only a limited number sold each day. You could visit the ticket booth prior to your first park day and buy them as well. There is no restriction on entering the Harry Potter area. In fact it has been one least busy areas lately with low wait times for the two rides.

@@katezp I did not check to see if Express passes are currently being sold however If your focus on doing rides all of them can be done in one day. Most waits are around 15-40 minutes with the exception of Hollywood Dream and The Flying Dinosaur which can average around 45-100 minutes. Overall not bad at all with wait times.

Hey man, so if I buy a '1 Day Studio Pass' online in advance, that gives me entry to the general area, but I then need to collect a timed entry ticket when I'm there to tell me when I'm allowed to access specific areas? Is that all correct? Is there any way of getting a timed entry ticket online in advance, alongside the 1 day studio pass? The website is a bit confusing. I'd really appreciate the help! You are correct. Timed area tickets are only needed when Super Nintendo World gets too busy however I have seen days where they have not used them at all or until later in the day. If they are using them you can only get a timed area ticket inside the park at the kiosk or in the APP. I would recommend checking the app as soon as you enter the park because that is the fastest way to get one.

Yes, I have used the app as well and I think it is better as you can get it as soon as you enter the park on the app instead of walking to the ticket area.

I don’t know how people can have a 100% chance guarantee coming in there. While back a year ago, I did get the timed entry ticket, only to have the staff telling me at the entrance “Lottery” and I can’t enter. I seriously do not understand how.
