Hi great video my friend, i have a Question i can connect trough Dbeaver, but when i do the connection in Arcgis Pro always send me a error message with "server machine not found" you know the possible reason why?

Maybe check your hostname, as well as if your ArcGIS Pro is not added in whitelist of firewall (if you have)

This is a great video. Do you know if we can set up arcgis enterprise on our pc using some virtual machine for servers for free just practice Enterprise? I couldn't find any place you can practice or design Enterprise

Yes. As long as your VM got enough RAM assigned that would be ok.
