Nicolas in a drozy sleepy state how could i focus my attention back on the feeling because it’s like when I’m sleepy my mind just fade and go blank or past programs just invade in my thoughts then i fall asleep

A suggestion, if I may, if SATS doesn't work for you try a different technique. There are many you can choose from. However, if you still want to do SATS, lay in a position you normally wouldn't and hold a ball in your hand. Loop the scene you want to manifest over and over. When you fall asleep you'll drop the ball and it should wake you. Loop the scene a few more times through your mind and then happily fall asleep. Regarding thinking of past programs, don't be hard on yourself. When your mind goes somewhere negative/past programing, laugh it off/correct your thoughts. Say to yourself you were being silly and get your mind back on track to the new positive way you wish to think. Something very important is to be aware of the conversations you have with yourself throughout the day too. Once you pay attention, you become aware if they are positive or negative. If they are negative, redirect your thoughts and focus on what you want. Happy manifesting! 😊

It's not required to go till drowsy state, it's just relaxed state, breathe deeply 4, 5 times, you are good to go

Thank you for all your help 🙏, how should I act in regards to the wish fulfilled I want to be very rich and healthy, but my reality right now is the opposite, how do I act rich and healthy whilst being in chronic pain and right now I'm struggling to make ends meet?
