How to activate Amazon account without utility bill | Fake utility bill?| additional information

Did you get the email from Amazon stating that your Amazon account is deactivated because they need additional information like Electricity bill, gas or pipe bill. I had the same issue so I tried to edit bills of other persons and submit but I failed. I suggest to accept your fault and get a new connection of internet on your name. After one month send original bill with accepting your fault. It worked for me.
I wrote appeal in my own wordings first accepting my fault and then saying that I will try my best to comply with your policy.

How do I reactivate my account?

- A business licence if applicable
- A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone or Internet service with your name and address visible.

My internet service provider company (office) is located in another territory (area) in same province (city) and my addess (mean where I live) is in different territory (area) but in same province (city). @lifetricks22 its fixed now, basically my global accounts that were never used triggered a deactivation because address wasnt verified in UK, so it deactivated my usa account. had to wait for utility company to issue bill to my po box that i initially used to get reactivated, thank god they accept po boxes and that i never changed my po box or i would have been royally fucked, i still hate amazon though.
