I have solved the issue with the help of this video...thanx....but after restarting the ph or after switch off airplane mode this popup shows again.... and again it needs Rs 5/- to activate...this is hell !!!! If i had a postpaid connection then it will add Rs 5/- each time in the bill.

This video is bullshit, you don’t need to recharge a specific pack. You need to have atleast 5 rs in you main balance to verify the number
