I think e sim is not activated. Actually LTE mode is activated in watch of the same number of mobile. We can get either e sim or physical sim for a single mobile number. In LTE mode we can use same number of phone in watch. Plz correct if I am wrong

Lol, Airtel too works. But only with postpaid. You are using it with prepaid so ofc it won't work with airtel, jio offers esim for both prepaid and postpaid. But airtel offers only to the postpaid customers.
