MJ is not working on Nvidia Shield with android 5.01. Dialer pad goes dark in call leaving no way to check voicemail or or further dial till call abandoned by dialed end. Works great on all my other devices! Recent updates have not fixed :-)

I had Magic Jack for 16 years and sheer stupidity deleted MJ PH #. Customers would not answer the PH as they think it was a ROBO call, My # was shown as unknown for some Damm dumb reason. Then I could not register my PH due to their choice of a P-Word. I'm going to my Attorneys office later & proceed with a BIG lawsuit against MJ HA HA HAS LOL LOL Henry Bott

How much a month does Magic Cost? Do they bill you by the month or year? I have the OOMA box and it cost about $ 6.70 per month. I have a Panasonic phone plugged into it with 6 remotes around the house and it works great. I could select my phone number from a list of 150+.

I am having all sorts of issues with it hooked to the pc using USB. With the plug in to the wall power adapter I was using before this the bloody top snapped off it. No way this should have happened. To me that is on poor craftsmanship and not my problem. It should be replaced for free. Anyway back to the USB pc situation ... I have had it not ring my phone, hang up on calls quickly, continue to ask me if I want to accept a call, etc. etc. etc. What is wrong with this thing?
