Hello! If you link Pandora account to Z3X, you can use it only with Z3X box, but there is no limit for PC changing. You can use it on any PC where your Z3X box is connected. If you have Pandora License not linked to Z3X box, there is a limit for PC changing: 4 times per 3 months (48 hours before the next change)
