I believe Merlin said there are many islands that will be able to go visit. I think the new biome will actually be a different island and it will also be the start of visiting multiplayer islands.

I think it could be the start of a new set of biomes. Right now every biome is loaded into memory meaning no load screens but you have to battle with the object limits. Loading into a new area could give an independent object limit for those biomes. It's hard enough staying within 3000 objects currently (6000 for gen 9 if enabled in the settings). I'll take a load screen over more performance issues and limits.

The new biome doesn’t surprise me for 2 reasons 1) road map said new frontiers (googled the meanings but could be wrong and 2) the rocks in the sky are have gotten closer

Tbh, I'm surprised there hasn't been any indication that the Dark Mountain will transform into a new Biome. It appears on the map as though it will someday? I'm also wondering if the area surrounding the Dark Castle will expand into a new valley resembling how the Plaza looked when first starting the game?

@Kittyarris:you go to the dark castle and find the fox statue in one of the corners where you find the cardboard wings you place the rainbow potion in the fox statue and it turns it rainbow

Thanks for ur awesome vids serroh! Since ur the #1 dreamlight mystery solving detective..i was looking for a video on the clues. I've only found 2 so far. (1 in sw corner of meadow, 1 in Ursela cave she was trapped in) They look like little purple squares. I know they are the answers to the big orb thing in Olaf cave. There are so many questions and i can't seem to find anymore and its driving me nuts! Hope your working on this looking forward to the video👌

@Jaylene Hill:you bring the rainbow potion that you make out of the golden-purple potato potions then you bring the rainbow potion to the dark realm to the corner that you find the cardboard wings in the dark castle there will be a fox statue you interact with the fox statue and put the rainbow potion in the spot and then you get a rainbow fox companion as a result

One is already on the island on the Dazel Beach and the other is on that grass area, on the beach, near the cave where you had to place all the gems and cook the food etc early on in the game.
