How to activate the Follow Button on Facebook Profile

Have you been trying to figure out how the follow button is being activated on a Facebook profile?

Great tutorial! I have two profiles and would like people to follow me on my second profile. As soon as I click on more privacy settings, Facebook switches my second profile to my first one. Yes you will still receive friend requests from friends of your friends. Your follow button appears to those who are not friends to your friends. Do you get?
