Now you have two options. 1) You need to change the information in your UAN account as per your Aadhaar Card. For this, you have to fill up the Joint Declaration form and submit it to the PF office with the Emoyer seal. 2) Change your information in Your Aadhaar card as per Your UAN Account. Follow whichever method is right for you.
