I’m very insecure about my short height as a teen girl. What can I do?

I see. It’s difficult to work around insecurities you can’t change but the only thing you can do is to accept it and find the positive things about it. If that was me I would think things like “I can fit in small places, I can fit into lots of cute clothes, I look cute and petite” etc. you don’t exactly have to love that trait of yourself but atleast try to feel neutral about it. Also just know that your height doesn’t say anything about your worth and there are so many more positive things about you to focus on. Love the other parts of yourself so much that your height doesn’t even matter. Hope that helps.

its not possible to see anyone's self worth, bcus if an insecure person likes you they might want to make you insecure so you would like them or they will want you to question your self worth
