They should add a second tank to the game so that it requires the team work of 2 of them to be unstoppable killing machine. Since a singular ones is too difficult to balance with all these passives and stuff. The skill difference also makes it impossible to balance since if tank is as powerful as it needs to be it's just so much better than everyone else in everyway, and if that player sucks the game is just over. Maybe in overwatch 3 they'll do something like that, for now lets wait 6 months for the most tiny miniscule changes!

As a tank main who's pretty decent on every tank(Doom doesnt count hated Doom since he was dps) Mauga is just so *boring*. Both to play as and against. You get the supports out and he's nothing, unless they're dominating I'm not bothering even shooting at him first. He's just Ball without the mobility and JQ's shout.

I mean he explained it, he’s good but the skill expression is low. You don’t see a Ram play a good match and say “wow you are so good at ram!!!” You basically do the same thing every fight. Compare that to other tanks that have to work really hard to get value.

Ram takes tons of skill since he can get bursted down by easy swaps and positioning very key on him, mauga literally has infinite up, and orisa has so much self sustain, you could argue about block but you could just walk behind him or cc him out of in

i think ram and orisa can be hella fun the only boring part of their kits is gold and block respectively. for orisa successful displacement and eats with spin is really satisfying, javelin is just a cool ass ability and her primary fire is a rare mechanics check for tanks. ram slow can be one of the best cooldowns in the game if used correctly in brawl mirrors and the shield is only boring if you’re using it to poke, cut off the tanks healing, use it to rotate your team to a better spot, cut off lucio beat, etc. the way you fix these tanks is by replacing their free live buttons with something that does require skill expression (i’d even argue that block with ram does require good macro given that you have to active los and its a decision between punching and blocking)
