Do u mean oily scalp and dry ends? Personally, that's how I found out I had wavy hair but what u could do is apply a lightweight oil or serum to your ends Also, double shampoo your scalp and use a hair mask on your ends to moisturize it

I wish people would stop spreading this myth. Cutting your hair has nothing to do with hair growth, at all. It will not make your hair grow faster. However, you will be able to retain more length from not having split ends travel up the shaft of your hair strands
