The truth is that if you want to play fast, it takes hours and years of training. Just to learn to be relaxed is something that can’t be mastered over a 6 minute video. If you want to sell your shit, be honest.

He mentioned a daily practice routine for 10-15min. That's longer than 6min. Some people find it easy to relax, others might need a lifetime of yoga retreats.

@@timbra8472 still takes years of daily practice. The 6 minutes refers to the length of the video and it takes more than that to learn how to do it. It’s not as simple as this is presented.

If you can.ignore the annoying irrational exuberance, what @ericassarsson7976 tells you is absolutely correct. I just happened to have done it (again) myself, independently of this video, which makes my opinion unbiased. 🧐 Moreover, the feeling of accomplishment is worth the despair of getting there. Just do it! 🤓
