This is very good and I respect you for telling people this because more people should get that feeling of accomplishment when they get people back and win battles, but it only works if people dodge cancel when you want or expect them to. There’s other ways to evade attacks and there’s lots of ways of going about attacking someone who loves to spam that block button and “time” you. I dealt with a lot of people doing the same thing to me that you do, got my butt kicked many many times and then I figured out a couple ways around it (then flipped it on them) and it’s soo satisfying to get skilled people back hehe. But I’m not gonna say too much because people getting their butts kicked will eventually make them better and get more creative just like I did on my own. Gotta train your brain to figure things out and focus instead of getting upset when your butt is being handed to you so you can reach elite level I feel. Everyone have fun, enjoy yourselves and remember to master the basics so you can easily move on to the more advanced things on your own. It just feels more accomplishing when you do it on your own, but I’m not knocking anyone who needs guidance because that’s a preference! Do your thing and have fun!

Where it knocks the enemy away? Just tap the superstar input, don’t hold it. If you hold it, it won’t push them away

I have been doing this for awhile, since I noticed people could dodge cancel, but I still go for the three hit strike more the charged slap, as it does not always connect. I am not sure if it is lag, or something else, but people can block it and punish you even if you time correctly. Special strikes also out-priortize the charged slapped at times. I have been punished way more times than I have actually punished. At the with the regular strike, if you cancel the chain if you know it won't hit, wheras you have to execute the slap, or whiff it and hope you will not be punished. There a lot of weird moments in rumbleverse where priority does not work at it should, or attacks just get all janky.

For sure If the game works properly though, this is a real punish 100% unless they space you out with sumo slap When you get a clash or they special strike you again, you were either too slow or the game sold you. Usually it’s the game selling you, but it be like that sometimes

You punish the super bouncer by joining the bounce and elbow drop. Elbow drop hit now stays with you until you hit an enemy even on your way up

Depends on what they do, but if they over commit and wait too long, you can special strike again If they call out your non-dodge they can just normal chop you. So either special strike again or try to react to their chop with your dodge before dodging

I think that one can be punished honestly, I was just slow there. But if you do space it perfectly with a sumo slap, sure, you can’t be reached. A normal strike doesn’t punish that either though

i just find the stamina to be so useless. The lead dev uses stamina mainly. but i just dont see the benefit. especially with super basically one shotting if u have less than 3 invested. and attack is def important to have to end fights early. so why get stamina?

You shouldn’t imo Always 5 green and 5 red if possible Which is what makes this punish so strong

It doesnt help that with super grabs at 5 red pots(the meta for protein builds) one shotting basekit health essentially forcing you into running health over stamina. WHich means you either sacrifice damage for stamina or get one shot by super grabs. Both instances being terrible. Like sure you can run more or dodge another time or two but does that really matter when you do significantly less damage and take effectively more? Not to mention server latency makes most combos outside dolphin dive combos incredibly janky and difficult to reliably pull off.

All special strikes can be cancelled except for the uppercuts (since they are classified as power moves)

Weapons can be cancelled the same way. Like metal baseball bat, you can swing twice and dodge

Can someone tell me why i can sometimes drink 8 potions and sometimes 10? Thats the only thing i dont understand in the game. How do i unlock the last 2 potion places?

10 is solos or with a dead teammate, 8 is with an alive teammate 🤝 So if you want 10, let your teammate die 😅

I think it’s impossible to react to given the latent nature of the game at times, so yes. I have clear clips of me hitting my dodge before it comes out because I KNOW that’s what the opponent wants to do, but it still hits me. It requires a certain build to be used optimally, but it’s without a doubt the strongest vicious move in the game. So they should make it more rare (purple) or they could nerf it in someway. I’m not sure how they could nerf it without making it unusable though

Cant believe someone said add this game to EVO lmao its such an inconsistent game . Relying heavily on latency . You can never truly feel like you won a game . People are turning invisible . That weird stuck glitchin still happens alot . Ive even watched a video where a guy got strike priority while doing a grab and he even pointed it out lol . Hopefully they polish this game instead of leaving it how it is 💯

I’m always scared to fight someone once they pop super, no matter how badly I was just beating them up, because all it takes is one lag spike for me to get murdered Similar thing with a laggy javelin tackle user. I can feel in my heart I’m much better, but it’s scary to engage sometimes The devs def seem like they’re in this for the long haul so hopefully we get some good fixes

I've been using this for few days but people can dodge and attack faster then my "punish" if they hold block after roll they get hit, but if they decide to strike or special strike after roll its either clash or I get hit by special strike ;x

It’s the nature of the latency and having a fighting game with 40 players in it. You can strike them before they can strike you as long as they’re not perfectly spaced with sumo slap (and I think Cyclone). Most other times you get a clash is either you being too slow (I was too slow at a point in this vid) or the servers robbing you

I think the devs said they’d add a ranked mode of the community truly want it, so I guess we’ll see I think there’s only a need for a ranked mode in case the normal mode has a hidden MMR. I can never tell, though. Some lobbies feel like the players are new, then the next it could be the sweatiest match of all time
