I have a dilemma that I was granted permission by a manager but this was retracted by a senior manager. The senior manager does not know the facts or reasons behind my request. Following a discussion with another member of staff I believe that person sidelined me to the senior manager. I will put my case forward in writing but sometimes it's easier just accept what is out of our control.

Noooo way man! Time with family and kids is happiness and way underrated at that! Its not to be happy all the time but how can you say that man? You need those little happpy moments to help spike thru the progress and development of the struggles and hardships inbetween the happiness. I fully wish that you find your tru happiness moments and get to experience that along with all the ups downs and whatever comes with that. I wish some tru happy moments upon you man that allows you to be happy and love yourself. Wish you a great day brother for real 💯

The effort I put in to take care of others was exhausting. I put myself second. I was bitter and resentful. The way forward is not always possible but I am trying. Ten years have passed. I know that I have a moral obligation to myself. The journey unfolding in front of me is not a desire realised.
