Nice. I have seen the tool, had no idea how to use it. This is different than what I expected but now it makes sense.

Great video thank you! I'm brainstorming some ways to batch create grooves using custom actions in Reaper.

Thanks for the toot. But I'm confused by your intro because you can edit the "ums and ahs" out with reaper.

Thanks, man! Great video! May I ask you some more questions about Groove Tool? You've shown the way it works to apply a groove from audio (1st item) to midi (2nd item), and you've said it also works if we take one-shot samples instead of midi-item (to apply the groove on their start positions). But does it work properly if I need to apply a groove from one audio to another? Do I need to do "Dynamic Split" to both of them beforehand? What algorithm will be then?

Appreciate the feedback! To create the groove file you want to apply, you would have to slice an audio file first (and you can always copy/glue back the original once you're done), then slice the second audio file and apply it (so yes, you'd be splitting both). I've been told there's a tool called MK Slicer that may make the process smoother, but I can't say much/for sure - I've never used it myself. I'm sure there may be other options as well, but as far as I'm aware this would be the best approaches
