19:14 This is an interesting situation. I feel like most coaches will be 50/50 on whether or not that is a good recall. Half would yell at him for playing too greedy and not recalling to finish item, and half would say he's not playing greedy enough for plates with no threat of gank. Personally, I would recall and buy in order to be able to get lane priority to be able to help the skarner if the opposing jungler contests at dragon. Especially since Jihn will have just bought items.

Whether to recall or not...? Jungle is top, there is no threat, the death timers of botlane are pretty big, this is easy play to get free gold no? Not sure what you are talking about tho

I think it's 50/50 like you said. Risk vs reward. You deny enemy gold 150g 100xp and you gain 150g gold 100xp. He missed a 300g 200xp advantage by not pushing. You have to punish every mistake the enemy makes is his point. There has been situations where mid tp's bottom bush and kills me when I try to do this at times. The wave gets frozen as well costing me a wave/correcting enemy adc mistake. Freezing is not a bad option either and is safer of course. But I find most of the time it's rewarding to push the wave.

@@k4richards We are obviously talking in that specific case right, when jg is top, enemy botlane is far away and you have lots of time to push your advantage its an easy decision that should be made, you are going with the concept way too general, this game is a lot about specifics.
