How to add a chamois in cycling short (Jalie Patterns Louise 4454)

Learn how to add or replace a chamois in cycling shorts. In this detailed video tutorial, we add a chamois to our latest cycling shorts sewing pattern.
France (4454) by Jalie - size S used in the tutorial.
Note that replacement chamois are in adult sizes. Also, the children's size shorts do not allow for the insertion of a chamois, the pattern pieces being too small.
