Hi all. When I add new user out of any group (office subdivision), I can see the history of its in/out time. But when I put the user in some group (subdivision), I cannot see, when he came in and came out. Any thoughts ?

Can you add more tables to the database? Only this table is insufficient to know who did not register when entering. Can Person data be exported to a table?

my device opens the door, says thank you when my face shows up, but i cannot see the event of face being recongnized by the device. It only shows the face temperature, and that the door was unlocked. Does anyone here know why?
