Hey! Do timestamps hurt your video because it’s considered skipping through a video and tells KZbin they don’t care? You know what I mean?

Good question! I would say that the pros outweigh the cons. I just checked out your channel and I see that a lot of your videos are 20+ minutes. A viewer might have been willing to watch your entire video from start to finish and now they can easily skip ahead to the part they want to see. In that case, you have less watch time from that viewer. On the other hand, what if a viewer gets bored in the first 30-60 seconds because they don't know if you'll talk about what they are looking for. That viewer would have left during the beginning of the video and now they jumped ahead and watched a couple of extra minutes that they didn't have the patience to wait for without the chapters. I'd recommend testing it on a couple of your videos to see if it helps increase or decreases the average view duration.

I have problem i cant use chapters on this channel, can u help me? Other two channels ok, i dont understand.. All chanels on same mail, one monetized trwo not and one of non monetized cant use chapters. In description is time stamp blue and i can use like links on time video, but not in timeline and i havent chapters under description. This will be main channel and i need chapter so much :(

The reason why it does not work is because your channel is affected by the same KZbin bug that I'm going through aswell. There are some ways to fix it but the chances of these ways to work is really low, one of them is by using "00:00:00" format.

Maybe try deleting the first 0 from each timestamp? I've been writing mine like this 0:00, 0:52, 1:35, instead of 00:00, 00:52 and 01:35. Besides that, it looks like you're doing it correctly.

I'm looking at the same video again and it looks like now the first 2 timestamps the time is after the title for the timestamp instead of 0:00 Highlight, you have Highlight 0:00​.
