If you put only the affiliate link there is no image showing unless your link has a thumbnail image.

Yes, probably, it is not working due to your computer antivirus. If you want to promote your link, you can put it on the first comment and ask people to refer to the first comment. I am still working toward find another solution. Hope it helps
