Only thing I would add when I teach my class and make my videos is before you begin adding or subtracting bring the decimal straight down. You would be surprised how many people forget the decimal after they add or subtract. It's good practice to get these things out the way early so you don't forget because that will change the value of your answer unfortunately! :)
