Unfortunately that’s something you can’t really control. However, you can limit the use of the coupon as a whole or limit the use by having an expiry date.

Hi Yazmine. Hope you can help? I want to give the same coupon discount to more than one customer but I want the customers to only be able to use the discount once. Is this possible? Thanks

Hi Nicola, yes I could help you. Follow the steps in the video. Then when you scroll down to the bottom of the new coupon popup look for “limit uses” and tick the “Limit to one use per customer” so your customers could use the code once.
