Hey man, thanks for the video. My Hikvision DVR connects but does not show images. It stays with a green screen. Others models connect OK. Any suggestions about this issue with Hikvision?

when you click add device change the vendor to Hikvision

This is only open device at local ip😵you can use dvr serial or need port forwarding on your router.

May be your dvr is locked due to wrong password.. Verifi your dvr details at the related support number and get a master password to unlock the device

same here and auto search does not find my DVR either unless I am misunderstanding my IP scanner and the results it brings up

This software is a frecking nightmare. If it loses connection it will not reconnect and automatically start recording again.. A lot of other free software works much better than this.
