How to add Excel style tables to Wordpress with Tablepress

I've been obliged to rebuild my website and there use to be the ability to copy and paste a table onto the page. Can that be done now? I also don't want it to synch. Thanks

Copy and paste the table, it will not sync to the original Excel file

@@JTechWP when I do it, it shows as fragmented coding. Are you saying copy the exact size excel field and pasting into the exact size table?
