Hi, I followed the procedure in the video and the Ezviz camera can be seen from both the PC and the Dahua DVR monitor. From the phone it tells me: Connection failed. Instead, if I go to Playback and click on the Ezviz channel, the video is displayed. What could be the problem? I saw the secondary stream on the DVR and everything seems ok.

How about PTZ feature? Did it works with dahua/imou nvr?

Hello, We can’t control PTZ via Dahua/Imou NVR. And now new devices and new firmware of XVD/NVR of Dahua/Imou they have deleted RTSP protocol. And EZVIZ not support Onvif, so now we can’t add EZVIZ to Dahua/Imou NVR. It’s only support for old NVR/ old firmware of NVR. Thank you!

why is there no such option "camera list - manual add- manufactured - customized" in my Dahua program (not exist). another manufacturer have, but customised not exist. Update software tree days ago.

Hola tengo un NVR Dahua DHI-NVR2116HS-4KS2 y una cámara ezviz CS-C3TN-A0-1H2WF . Sigo tu configuración y con el port 554 no me lo toma pero si con el 8000, queda en estado OK pero no da imágen la camara. Puede ser que no sea compatible?

Hola, tienes que ir al icono de perfil/ajustes/vista en directo LAN/selecciona la camara/configuración/ajustes del servicio local/activas rstp y guardas, ahora si usas el puerto 554 y listo :)

@@chuampis You can add and view EZVIZ camera on Dahua NVR old firmware version, connect by RTSP protocol, and Dahua NVR with new firmware/new NVR does not support RTSP protocol so we can not connect Ezviz camera. Thanks

You can use Ezviz Studio including the advanced setting function or iVMS 4200 to remote to the Ezviz camera, and then you can see the RTSP port on the NAT item. Thanks!
