Hey Pietro! Unfortunately with the way LR is set up moving the individual dots is the only way to do it :( Hence why $1... There are some pretty big limitations that (hopefully) LR will fix one day!

Click "Create preset" on the left hand side toolbar of the develop panel. Then uncheck everything except your local adjustments - Radial filters, adjustment brush, gradient filter. Hope this helps!

Hey Rustam! The best you can do is to click and drag the adjustment layer to reposition it better on the frame. Results are hit or miss with portraits.

Hmm could be you're on LR CC instead of CC Classic - CC doesn't support adjustment brush presets, so the overlays wouldn't work!

Hey Alex - Sadly no, lrtemplate versions don't support this style of preset! But you can try to recreate similar looks on your own :)

These flares are way too intense and sharp. You've got the right with how to use the filters but poor execution, the idea is there but these make every single image look worse.
